In the quite side of Riomaggiore, out of herds noise, far from ferry boat traffic and in the silence of the night…. but close to all strategic spots: shops & restaurants, paths, at walking distance from train station (or even faster, taking the elevator 200 mt far from apartment, without steps) and to private car parking! Easy to get to the beach at the Marina and to ferry boat stop.

It is fantastic to seat in the balcony, face to a stunning view, looking at the colors of the sky and sea changing during the day, having a coffee in the morning or a good glass of wine later! Get out on San Giovanni piazza, a short walk and arrive in Via Cristoforo Colombo, the main road for shops, taking down to the marina, to the ferry boat stop and to the beach.
The apartment is at 3rd floor (Italian steps) and it is very comfortable, totally restored new, in an evocative shine Mediterranean style. The open space sitting room and kitchen gives on the double balcony, then the master double bedroom with its dress cabin, the 2 single beds room and a spacious bathroom with shower and laundry machine. If needed, the sofa bed is used as 5th place and the kitchen can be closed by the sliding door. It is in the sun light, and it have a lot of windows. WiFi, fans, TV, washing machine, hoven and dishwasher are there.
All apartment is totally reserved to the guests: it is your holidays apartment!
The upper west side of the village is very calm, above all during high season, with a special sea view, but far and close to everything: 200-300 meters from shops, restaurants, cafe, paths, at walking distance from train station so to move easily to other 5 Terre villages or airports, ferry boat stop, and to our private car parking. Bus stop to the beach for less active guests is at few meters walking from home!

Accessible from the train station and the multi storey car park on foot without having to deal with stairs. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels provided.
Self Check-In and Self Check-out, at home and at private parking as well.

Take train to LA SPEZIA CENTRALE train station, then local train to RIOMAGGIORE station (from La Spezia it’s 10’ trip).
At the station exit, on your right, take the elevator to the upper road and walk 300 meters to the apartment, following the instructions you received at Check In Online.
On request, it is possible to book luggage pick up.
Highway A12 direction Genova, take LA SPEZIA exit. Pass the city, follow the road sign to Cinque Terr/RIOMAGGIORE. From the highway exit it’s some 45’ trip.
Private car parking is available in Riomaggiore, at the closest as possible to the No Traffic Zone, at 300 meters walking distance from the apartment, following the instructions you received at Check In Online. All Cinque Terre villages are No Traffic Zone.
